Katya Stella Assoe earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal in 2021 and was called to the Bar of Quebec in 2023.
She joined Lewis & Associates in 2024 and currently practices in the area of Refugee and Immigration Law. Katya represents clients in refugee claims, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and other immigration matters before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Katya is dedicated to providing thorough and empathetic representation to individuals navigating Canada’s immigration system. She is especially committed to working with vulnerable populations and strives to ensure that each client is fully supported and well-prepared throughout their legal process.
